Stay was fabulous. Best percieved value for the dollar. Rooms were great and big. Was greeted with multiple smiles and hellos from Staff. Food in the restaurant was great!

Excellent value for a non-gaming property. Beautiful place. Fantastic lobby and curb appeal. You get what you pay for. This hotel is economical. First rate. would recommend for family reunion as the rooms are large and the 3 pools are fantastic.

I loved not being on the strip but close enough to walk. No traffic, low noise and no smoke filled casino!

We are still not sure if we will return to the place. I'll start with the positive the room was large and had a wet bar. Because we came as a family it gave the kids plenty of room to run around. The bad part about this place is I never got anyone at the front desk I finally did and it was after 20 minutes. The pool was ice cold and never got heated even after several requests and promises it would be heated up. In addition the place was old looking and feeling. And since we were facing some type of ravine we didn't feel that safe. Overall we were comfortable and if the proce is right may come again however son't know if I would recommend to friends and family.

Don’t stay here if you value you life or property. Our room was broken into and valuable property stolen while we were at a wedding on the premises. Made a report we their so called security, also filled a report with the Police Deparment. I talk to the general manager and all he did was cop a attitude, and said there’s we can do about it.

Stayed in their "Crown Suite" - No sheets for sofa bed on lower level - no one answered room service phones - or front desk phones (30+ minutes)(had to go down to front desk and stay & wait to get linens & make our own guest bed) - trays were left o/side rooms for two (2) days - beds were not made, rooms were not cleaned and towels were not replaced on 2nd day of our stay - fireplace did not work. This was our second stay - quality and service has significactly deteriorated in one year and it was our last visit. I could not and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for any visit to this city.

Not bad, but not great either. The rooms are suites which are nice and big, but old looking. Our room keys would often not work and it was a pain to stumble to the front desk at 3:00am to get new keys...it's a very big property. It's across the street from the Hard Rock, so it's location is great. The pools (3 of them) are all very quiet and ncie but because of the affordability of this place, you'll have to deal with inconsiderate people who have screaming kids and who are just loud overall.

I read the ratings of this nice hotel after we came back from our visit. Apparently they have done some MAJOR renovations! When we got there lots of construction crews were working. I kind of cringed when I saw the outside & apologized to my family before even going to check in. The lobby was beautiful, staff was friendly, & when I saw a concierge there I thought this must be an ok place. On our way to our room I thought uh oh. When we got to the room we were shocked. It was brand new, beautiful & clean. The furniture was modern & classy, the mini kitchen was brand new; snack bar counter looked like granite. The mini fridge was probably dated but nothing to complain about. The bathroom was completely redone; nice tile. Separate living room & bedroom; wonderful with brand new carpet, curtains & bedspreads. Some rooms we passed had hard wood blinds. Also, lighting in hotels is usually awful; dark so as not to see the dirt maybe? But the lighting in this place was bright & they even had dimmers on most of the switches. Oh, there was also a nice ceiling fan in the kitchen (a very modern one; a casa blanca knock off).

My kids, husband & I love this place & next time want to stay in one of their lofts.

I just spent two days calling to verify a reservation. The people who answered were Rude and crude and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I finally was able to get thru to someone to verify the reservations (I booked thru Travelocity) and was told that my request for a King/Smoking would be noted but that they could not accomodate any requests of that nature and it's a 1st come 1st served philosophy on room choice. I've been to Vegas 6 x's in the last 3 years and this is the first trip I'm regretting before I even get there.
