What can you say, stay at most places on the strip and this is by far the best. Service is wonderful and you
can leave the hustle and bustle of the strip hotel behind. Best Pool by a mile. Would stay there everytime if
I could afford to. Worth it once just to sample how the other half live.

Third time we have stayed here, each time I appreicate it more. Usually stay at THE Hotel, but moved over here for use of Pool (they have private pool). Pool service is amazing, very quiet, relaxing (you can also use MB pool - if you wnat).

Serive is great, all assocites smile, courteous and helpful. Heck they even assisted us in shipping some clothes home (as we did not want to take too much in plane with us).

Four Seasons Hotel

My company held a conference at this property and let me tell you (being a self-proclaimed Vegasophile) I have never experienced a more warm, amicable property than the Four Seasons.

Although themed hotels are the trend in Las Vegas, Four Seasons moves away from this convention and simply engages in an understated elegance that is definitely augmented by the service of the ENTIRE staff.

Trip report:

The worst part of our stay occurred at the beginning where it seemed like we had to wait forever and a day to make a left-hand turn into the Four Seasons driveway. From then on it was an experience not to be forgotten anytime soon. Valet was cordial and accommodating in every fashion, but the check in desk is what made the biggest impression. The service was unbelievable, I have never seen a more attentive front desk person than the gentleman who helped us (it pains me that I forgot his name). When all the paper work was done he came out from behind the desk to make absolutely sure we knew where everything was and didn't break eye contact once. Just as he was finishing up (I swear if they don't choreograph the service at the Four Seasons, then they must be straight-up awesome!) the bellman comes up behind him and says "Ah yes...Mr. "solstice42", we have your bags and we just want to make sure what goes where." As I did have one set of luggage that was for the conference and another for my personal effects.

We proceed to our room and I immediately walk to the window to check out the strip view...then there’s a knock at the door. It was the bellman, yes the very same bellman who had met us in the lobby not 4 minutes earlier. I just felt like yelling out "Wait a minute! Hold on! Aren't I supposed to be a number? Just another guest?" Yet that's the way the service is through out the Hotel...the maids knew my name. Even regular service people always went out of their way to greet me.

This hotel is just all around awesome! You get the understated elegance of a five star resort while simultaneously being a stones throw away from one of the most interesting Casinos on the strip (Mandalay Bay). Yet you get Mandalay Bay without all the rough edges of the Mandalay Bay hotel: Lines for the elevators, loud hoochies gallivanting down the halls, crowded check-in/check-out. The thing is that even if you are staying at the Mandalay Bay, you can still enjoy some of the perks of the Four Seasons...such as their bathrooms. Used less and maintained much better than Mandalay: If you are facing the check-in/ check-out counter there will be a hall to the far right. Follow that hall until there is elevators on your left...five feet from there are the bathrooms for the second floor.

In the past when I wanted to go "nice" I always stayed at the Mirage with the promise of staying at The Venetian, Paris, Bellagio and Caesars just so I could make reasonable comparisons. But with my fortuitous discovery of the Four Seasons I'm afraid that even those Hotels will have a whole new standard by which they will be judged in terms of service...and in reading some of the reviews on the aforementioned hotels, they don't even come close!
