I was GREATLY disappointed by my stay here. We'd hoped to have a nice time outside the hustle & bustle of Las Vegas, & I got suckered in by cheap rates, but found this to be woefully inadequate, in big & small things. Stay here at your own risk. In no particular order:



I'd arranged w/ the hotel, far in advance, to have a package delivered by UPS. Found out the correct address & the way it was supposed to be addressed for a guest. After I got there, however, it took several days to even find out the package had been refused by the hotel staff, & never got an adequate explanation on why. And, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE was in charge. EVERYBODY in management was absent (or, maybe, they're just absent when you have a complaint).



I left messages for the people supposedly in charge. No one ever attempted to contact me, no one did a thing regarding this.



Light bulbs burned out in room. They did get changed after a day & 2 calls.



The "best" buffet of the 3 available (all 3 casinos are the same management) was mediocre, at best. Seating in the cafe at dinner time had an hour wait -- even tho this was the off season, & even tho there were plenty of table open.



I guess what should have tipped me off was my first experience. There's a line up at hotel registration; one of the only 2 tellers is told to close the station they're at & move to another one, meaning a further delay. Absolutely no reason for this, they took their entire cash drawer w/ them, but had to waste our time closing down one machine & starting up another one to simply move one station over.



Then, going to my room, I noticed a sign -- "Outdoor pool closed for seaon" (this was off-season, in Oct.) -- & underneath it "spa open 24 hours". I had to ask 3 different people to even find out what the "spa" was. First person "had never heard of it", 2nd didn't know, finally go in touch w/ someone who explained that the "spa" was simply the whirlpool next to the pool, & it was closed for the season. THIS IS A SPA?





As a consequence, I purposely did not even gamble here -- I drove to Las Vegas for that, to deal w/ people who know how to run things. Will never stay there again.

We stayed at Primm Valley for two nights. We are frequent visitors to Casinos and hotels connected to gamble. When we tried to check out and get the comps we were entilled to it took us 50 minutes with the staff. It was the worst time we have ever encountered. When we received our master card the credits were not on there. I must have 6 or 7 phones calls into different management levels. The most recent one was to Daniel(ext 5771)I called him again when we received the most recent MC. He did not return my Phone call. They are very backward, and the systems don't seem to work, for anyone who knows about getting comps.

Stopped by for one night before Vegas, the room was free, and a bonus of $20 in gas was given. the room was fine, a bit of a walk, but clean and ok for the night. Needs more video poker I think,but my wife who plays the multi line multi line bet video slots found alot to play. In fact she wanted to stop back by on the way out of Vegas, and we did. She did Quite well walking out a few hours later with over $600 from a penny slot.

The resort is a nice place, especially for the cost. The check-in could be quicker but overall it was good. We especially liked that it was connected to the mall. The casino is nice. The rooms are in good condition, even though a few have needed repair. The outside is appealing and the parking good too. It's a very good distance from Vegas and with the money we saved, we will definatly be staying here again.

Third visit. The best value around for rooms. Avoid the buffet.

Come here often it has improved over last eight years.Rooms are nicer then the

ones at Whiskey Petes and Buffalo Bills. This year food is better at Buffalo Bills. Stay away from steak and egg breakfast pay a buck or two more and get

New York steak and eggs.

This is an MGM property??Do they even know that they have this place.We stayed two nights in a weekend because the strip hotels were fully booked the weekend before the NAB convention.

We had a room on the 9th floor in Buffalo Bills.These rooms are the most dirty room i had ever been in.I mean a Motel6 does a bother job of cleaning the rooms.

Our room had upon arrivel no clean sheets on the bed.They reused the same sheets.After calling to housekeeping they thought we were the same people who stayed in yesterday.

The second day they did not clean the room at all, after calling at 7.00pm they send somebody up to clean the room.

The room is also really depressing in decor, it really worn and old.Not what you expect from MGM properties.

The casino is allright, plenty of choice and low table limits if thats your thing.

The pool is fine also, plenty of chairs, and the rollercoaster its makes it al little better to chew on.

But again don`t go for the rooms.They feel dirty and nasty.



We ate once in their buffet, which was OK, they have plenty of food choices around.

I was taught if you do not have anything good to say then don't say anything. Well here I go.
